@Goge - I have not read the Monere series. I believe that is the one you're talking about? Anita Blake is supposed to be really different from it, coz for the first ten books there was very little sex and the books concentrated on Anita being a necromancer and Vampire hunter in a world where vamps were now legal citizens. Later on though, yeah, it got interesting. The books are sort of coming back to less sex now.
LKH's Merry Gentry series is supposed to be a LOT similar to the Monere one.
@Sarah - You're getting so many cool suggestions :) How about starting with Night Huntress though! I've only been begging u for forever ;)

Most of them are already on my TBR pile. As for NH... I'm curious about the world (and Spade and Ian) but I'm not really in the mood for it at the moment. You also know how I am with my lists. But I will definitely read them.

From FB.Right now, William's book isn't in the line up. BUT he is a big player in Kane's book (and even has a small part in Beauty Awakened) Gilly also shows up in Kane's book

Yes! Love that news. I don't understand why ppl don't like the idea of William and Gilly. I think once she grows up a little they will be great together.

Yes!!!! Love the news. You can just feel the sizzle between these two. Hilly deserves some one that will protect her at all costs after everything she has suffered. So happy will be looking forward to reading their book but it will probably be a while from now but at least it is officially planned.

William's brother is Lucifer and his father is Hades from what I remember. I am not yet to the William part in Beauty Awakened but am looking forward to it!!

Now, I understand! I finally got to the William parts. Could have knocked me over! I didn't suspect that at all!!! Really interesting info on William and it looks like his irreverance must be a family trait. :D
OMG!!! Can't wait till I read more. Work has limited me to one chapter or half a chapter a day but I will read this weekend. Love this world.

I think that it would be good for William and Gilly to be together because he is a good thing for her even though he fights it a lot. I like seeing there little interactions in the books but find that it isn't enough for me. I really hope that she creates a book for William regardless of if he ends up with Gilly or not. Also if you haven't read Gena's latest Angels of the Dark series Beauty Awakened you are missing a little of William you find out some interesting things about him in this book.
I have read BA and OMG!I mean I was like "what????" I guess that thing is opening the opportunity that Williams' book belong to the AOTD series.I don't know,my mind is racing,but come on,he is so hot.And him and Gilly look great together!

Heeeeello William-loving friends! What's doing? I was just hoping someone could keep me updated on William. See I just read 'Beauty Awakened' which was really not all that good, and William poped in. And of course I had a mini- stroke. Just a teensy one. But the thing is for all y'all who read the book we find out that Hades is not Will's real daddy, which would mean what he was adopted? Plus he wants to know who he's "real" parents are, so where are we going with this? Also, how come William is not totally evil and whatnot? I mean he WAS raised in hell and his brother is SATAN, so yeah, I'm not really following. Any helping info would be appreciated :)
OK, this is how I understand it so far: William was "fostered" with Hades. His biological brother (from all the hints and clues we got) is Axel. Lucifer is his foster/adopted brother. When William was in hell he was in charge of different things than Lucifer, who got all the truly evil stuff.William escaped hell by shedding a whole lot of his evil and thus the 4 Horsemen (and woman) of the Apocalypse were created. They are his off-spring in a literal sense so there is no baby mama lol.
We don't yet know who William's biological parents are and why he was fostered with Hades.
OMG! Axeeeeel yes this makes so much sense now! But isn't Axel a fallen angel? *GASP* This would mean that, *anothergasp*, William's mom or dad may or may not be an angel! Right? Right? Probably not. Anyway thank you LULU! :)

Right? Probably no..."We don't know. Since Axel is a Fallen, and since William and he seem to be related, that kind of implies that William might be the child of angels too.
Maybe one or both of his parents did something that required they hand over one of their children to Hades, and William was the unlucky one. Maybe they owed Hades a favor? (Kind of like how Sienna now owes Hades 2 favors?)
Ooooh! That's an interesting theory! God I cannot wait for William's book! I just reaally reeaally hope for Gilly to be it's female lead *fingerscrossed*

Probably no..."That's a nice theory...I haven't thought this so through...I just went up until to the point that since Williams parents are propably ANGELS then our beloved Killie Willie would have to be -even partly- an angel too.
I would love for him to get together with Gilly!!I'm a huge HUGE Gilliam shipper!!!
As far as William goes I hope he ends up with Gilly. His story would be super interesting too so, I hope hw gets one.
