If disappointed in this book, can you suggest one better?

I love London and British Lit so I was excited to be introduced to this book! However, I notice that several people did not feel it was "satisfying" enough--in length and/or content. Has anyone found something better on this topic? I still plan to read this, and it was recommended by a trusted friend, but I'd love to read more books on the subject if others are out there... Thanks!!!

Try Novel Destinations—it's a little different from Imagined London, actually a travel guide based upon all things literary, but very chatty and informative.
