Hi Kiwiria! What a great idea! I have a house full of books, but what am I reading? Books from the library where I work, from the public library, and from interlibrary loan! Yes, it makes no sense, but I'm an addict, and it's comforting to know that there's a group of people who understand. Here's my list (and I'm creating a separate shelf in "my books" for this).
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee Mary Edwards Walker: Above and Beyond by Dale Walker Shadow Baby by Alison McGhee Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer Talking to the Dead by Barbara Weisberg Home School for Girls by Annie HanChett Coddington In the Hands of the Senecas by Walter D. Edmonds Black Maria by Kevin Young The Unredeemed Captive by John Demos The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson Shadow Castle by Marian Cockrell Lyddie by Katherine Paterson The Linden Murders: Unsolved! by William F. Brown Jr.
I put 13 in my list-- one for this month and 12 for next year. Now, which one will I read this month...?
OK, I read To Kill a Mockingbird this month and Black Maria last month. On my "tbr-reading-challenge" shelf I added 2 books to replace the two I've read. Now I have to choose what I'll read for February...
