I'm a new member and I was just wondering how everything here works. I see the two books that everyone is currently reading, and I was wondering if there was a particular date that everyone tries to finish by. If I could just find out the details about the group that would be great. Thanks!

Hi, Nicole. We are reading both Holidays on Ice by Dacid Sedaris and A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. Discussion for Holidays on Ice began yesterday, and discussion for A Christmas Carol will begin Wednesday. We try to read two books every month. Welcome!

Nicole - first, welcome! Second, our dates this month are obviously moved up because of the holidays... but also both books are fairly short. We are still feeling this all out as we are a young group and are all involved in the decision making for the most part. So definitely stay involved! Also, we keep discussing books all month, and sometimes into other months, so don't worry if you aren't quite finished on time! Glad to have you here!
