question - the It Girl, is that about Evelyn Nesbit? I have a book here "American Eve" by Paula Uruburu (a goodreads author) that I've not read yet; i started it and it is very interesting! It is subtitled "the Birth of the "It" Girl", that is why i'm curious of your book.

No, this book is a spin off of the Gossip Girl books, based on Jenny Humphry, its very...teeny lol, easy to read, fast paced story, an average teenage book. But im enjoying the series non the less, im not in the mood for a 'heavy' read at the moment. So a book I can get through in a few days is perfect for me right now lol. 'American Eve' and it sounds very interesting, I might try to get it out of the library sometime.
