MS WORD to Nook Tablet

Is there a way of transferring a MS Word doc to nook? And I don't mean in current form. epub form is what I'm looking for.I am in the middle of editing a book I wrote using MS word and want to be able to read it on my nook tablet as I would any BnN book. Please tell me there is a way.

You could always save your document in word as a ".pdf" document. It can then be read on your nook, although in my experience, the formatting can get messed up.
