I feel bad for Diesel!! He never gets any from Stephanie lol. I like that in this book they had more of Ranger. (He's my favorite!)

It's not enough to satisfy.. but he's there. lol. and unfortunately there is some Morelli action.
I've been away for a while but still get the posts. Hi all, I'm downloading it from audibles as we speak and will start it this afternoon. Of course, I still have not listened to Fearless Fourteen. I hate the name of Fifteen (it sounds like porno) lol Ranger is my favorite also. Diesel is interesting, but I don't want Stehanie to sleep with the "unmentionable". That would be creepy. p

SPOILER ALERT!!!Yes, there is more of Ranger, but like you said: not quite enough. Better than nothing, though. I was glad that she didn't hook up with Diesel. Juggling 3 guys is too much ... especially when Ranger is one of them.
Yeah, I don't think she will ever put Steph with Diesel, unless of course she gets rid of Ranger. But WHY would she do that? lol
I just started reading it today. I'm glad to hear there's more of Ranger in this one. He was barely in Plum Lucky or Fearless Fourteen. He's my favorite.

I finished this book a couple of days ago and have to say I was disappointed. I thought it was boring. I have read all of the Plum books and usually finish the book in one day. This one took me almost a week. I had to force myself to finish it. Normally I laugh out loud many times while reading this series but in this book I think there was only one part that I actually laughed out loud.
I agree, the monkeys were hilarious. And I love that this one had more Ranger than the between the numbers usually do. I have to admit, a couple of times I was really nervous for Stephanie!
I always find the "in between" the number books less entertaining than the number books. Although I enjoyed this one more so than Number 14. I want more of Ranger.. I hate when he's not really involved, I'm not a Morelli fan.
I enjoy the between the numbers books. I realize that they are not the same level as the number books but they always provide laughs and enough to keep our interest in the next book to come out. I think Janet is amazing for doing this for her fans. If you take the books for what they are, in between entertainment, then just read and laugh, you will enjoy Plum Spooky as much as Plum Lucky. I thought it was fun.
I completely agree with you Chris. I enjoy all of the Stephanie Plum books.

I've never liked any of the inbetween the number books, just can't get into them for some reason.
I haven't been very excited about the in between books, but out of the ones that have been written I liked this one. I have to agree though that the sexual tension is driving me crazy. Somthing needs to happen, or he just needs to give up. I don't really want anything to happen, but I like Diesel. He's funny.
y night can't wait to dive in. But I am still reading 14 and i have another book for my other club to start so i might put it on the burner for now. I have way to much to read it makes me want to quit my job and read all day and night.
Loved the between books especially since I didn't find 14 that good.

Just finished this one and have to say it was better then 14, but she seems to be going downhill with her books.
My library finally got it and it took me three days to finish. I liked it better than 14. I just wish she gave it a complete ending. I felt like she said, oh look at the time, I better wrap this one up.
just finished plum spooky and loved it! that was by far the best in between the number she has written. did not care much for plum lucky and like others have said fourteen was kind of blah. i did love the monkeys and of course the fire farting guy!! now just a little longer til 15!
