Any recommendations for a good book featuring Angels or Demons?

I didn't notice the Sharon Shinn books on there. Did you listen to ARCHANGEL? Plus there's a short story set in that world in one of the collections.
We'll have to hope the next two Kristina Douglas books, Warrior and Rebel, will be picked up for audio soon.
I'll try to think of some others, but you've been pretty encompassing.

You could try Anne Bishop's The Black Jewels series.
The first book is Daughter of the Blood.
It's more of a fantasy romance, but it's not particularly explicit.

I second the recommendation for both the Sharon Shinn and Anne Bishop series. They aren't romance although they have romances in them. They do have great world building in them, and they are just overall really good books.

I also recommend the Anne Bishop Black Jewels series! It took me a bit to get used to John Sharian's narration style but this is one I go back to re-listen to often. Warning about triggering event in series at end of book 1. This is a DARK fantasy series so lots of evil happening.
