i was a book i read as a kid about a person that fixes things up a normal repair man and no matter what he does another person comes in and messes it up from wet paint to freshly pored cement. the repair man finally gets fed up with re-fixing thing and sets a trap in the park for the trouble maker he uses wet paint on park benches with big wet paint dont touch signs to get the trouble maker trapped. this is a short children book with photos on ever page. it is an older book the one i had was a paper back.
