Divergent and Insurgent by Veronica Roth, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, Matched by Ally Condie, The Harry Potter Series, Twilight???(not really recommended but you never know!)... Pawnee Warrior by Chris d'Lacey? Not really sci-fi or supernatural but it has romance. Nightmare Academy by Dean Lorey. Haha, Romeo and Juliette... :P Shatter Me...
You may have already read a lot of these :P

The Hunger Games series has some romance in it, but I loved the Delirium series too, the whole series revolves around love, which is classed as a deadly disease.
