Jenny (notestothemoon) So here it goes... My New Year's resolution is to read 50 or more books in 2009!

Jenny (notestothemoon) 1. The Monsters of Templeton, Lauren Groff

The year is off to a good start :) I enjoyed this one. A book with a mix of history, monsters and ghosts. Sounds weird, but it really worked!

Jenny (notestothemoon) 2. The Handmaid's Tale, Margaret Atwood

Wasn't sure about this one. First book I've finished in a while though. Having a bit of reader's block at the moment :S

Hey Jenny! That's what I'm doing too - just trying to match or improve upon the prior year's total. I'm at 25 now and last year I did 27. So I'm pretty confident I'll succeed. I'm not sure if I have time to reach 30 but that would be terrific for me.

Jenny (notestothemoon) 21. I Capture the Castle

Not the ending I wanted but a very cute book.

message 30: by Jenny (new)

Jenny (notestothemoon) 22. The Bonesetter's Daughter

Can I fit one more in before the new year?
