SOLVED. Japanese Man in America and Secret Society [s]

A Japanese son is sent to America to study, while his older brother stays in Japan.

He becomes a spy while his American friend is stationed in Pearl Harbor. A love triangle also develops.

To complicate matters, as war approaches, the older brother is trying to sabotage the younger and is associated with a secret society whose members gain insight and power through dismemberment.

It sounds corny, but was actually pretty good. What is the name of that book?
