Insomnia...anyone?

Okay so I think I might have chronic insomnia, what should I do??

Er.... I don't get how Insomnia has anything to do with poetry..... You know this is a POETRY group..... And yet there's stuff with movies and actors and now insomnia..... *sighs* I'm kind of annoyed.....
