John Harman (johncharlesharman) | 1 comments This book is mostly my Autobiography. It also includes the story as told to me by my Uncle Glen of some of the worst battles in the South Pacific during WWII. It is an amazing story to hear straight from the mouth of a dying WWII Ranger. https://www.createspace.com/3883268

Brooke Stoddard | 2 comments For a while when I worked as a writer at Time-Life Books, I wrote for the series on World War II. I can testify that outstanding people put these books together, that every fact was checked and double-checked and that each photograph was very carefully selected from among hundreds. You really can't do better for a general series of books on World War II.

Sarah Bierle (gazette665) | 3 comments Time Life WWII is a great series. I've used it as a starting place for research on many different WWII topics. Nice to know how much careful research went into preparing those books. I love all the photographs - each one tells a real story.
