Pizzas:
Margherita $7.99 The pizza Margherita is just over a century old and is named after HM Queen Margherita of Italy, wife of King Umberto I and first Queen of Italy. It’s made using toppings of tomato, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil, which represent the red, white, and green of the Italian flag.
Marinara $6.50 This is your basic flat bread with oil, tomato, garlic, and oregano. In Italy, back in the old days, it was stored on voyages so that sailors (marinai) could make pizza away from home.
4-Cheese $6.00 A delicious, full round pizza with crisp dough, a sauce of fresh picked tomatoes, and four different types of cheese.
Neapolitan $7.00 The Neapolitan hails from Naples and is the basis for our modern-day American pizza. Originally, the Neapolitan pie was served sans cheese. But around 1889, that seems to have changed when the Royal Palace commissioned the Neapolitan pizzaiolo Raffaele Esposito to create a pizza in honor of the visiting Queen Margherita. That’s how the plain pizza morphed into the Margherita.
Chicago Deep-Dish $7.99 A scrumptious pizza pie, Chicago deep-dish style with classic cheese and tomato sauce and your choice of 4 of the toppings below.
Lahma Bi Ajeen $7.99 This scrumptious version of pizza, which literally translates into “meat with dough,” is brought to you by the Lebanese (other parts of the Middle East call it by other names) and is made with minced onions, usually ground lamb, cumin and yogurt. If you have never tried it, you really must!

Kat was in the back getting an order, she had her long brown hair in a ballet bun 'the rules' didnt permit her to have it loose and wild. She wore bright red lipstick and had a rock n roll pin stuck to her uniform
Hibiscus strode in and claimed a slightly dingy, circular brown table in the back. She drummed her fingers impatiently on the table, staring up at the menu on the smoky brick walls with bored indecision.
Kat put the order on a couples table and walked over to a girl sitting by herself she chewed loudly on her gum "Can i get ya somethin'? she asked looking irrated
Hibiscus looked away, still smiling. Her stomach rumbled anxiously, but she didn't complain. It was warm and comfortable in the Pizzeria, and she sat in quiet contentment, at least for the time being.
Kat brought the order to her table "Your stomboli nice and hot and your coffee." she said with a smile as she placed the plate down infront of her "Enjoy your meal." she said polietly
Kat walked away smiling she thought 'the chef probably spat in there' and she laughed she came back when she saw the girl was done "Whould you like your bill?" she asked
"Yeah," Hibiscus said, sitting up slightly to dig her hand into her back jean pocket to retrieve her wallet. "Thanks." She did some quick mental calculating. Her order was $7.00 total, sales tax was about 7%. So, her total with tax would be about $7.49, with a generous 20% tip, she'd come out to about $9.00...Hibiscus set a crisp $10 bill on the table. "Keep the change," Hibiscus told the waitress, feeling kind. "Have a nice day."
"I'm totally sure." Hibiscus smiled. "Stay awesome." She smoothed down her blouse and stood up, pushing back her chair and striding out without a single glance backwards. Sometimes, you don't need an excuse to be nice. She smiled at her feet. We're all in this life together, and that's a commonality that is enough to reminisce over sharing.
