SOLVED. YA paranormal book- Teen girl has power (teleport?) - moves into new home [s]

I read this YA paranormal book a while ago (enough that I can’t remember
too much)
but these are the details I can remember:

-The main character is teenage girl with parents that are not there for
her or gone
-she has the a power (to teleport maybe) but it’s not controlled
-she ends up moving to a house with other teens (maybe they have powers
too?)
-there’s an ex-boyfriend or friend from her past that’s now working as a
mechanic, they definitely have a relationship by the end of the book
-The cover of the book was definitely lighter colors but I can’t remember
the specifics
-It was about the girl coming to except herself
- I read this sometime in middle school so it was published before 2009

This book seems close to my description, since my memories so fuzzy I'll check it out and read it.(Seems like a good book to read even if it isn't the right one) Thanks for helping Shanna
