i read this book in a spanish literature class and got some good insights into the political nature of the book and feel that it is definitely a 5 star book

The play was performed for first time in 1950. The Franco's dictadure had stablished a ferreous system of censoring, but some authors made evade for them. Buero Vallejo, that was a political prisoner, hide his real intentions to the censor.
