We're heading into a new year, and of course that means reading, writing, and conferences. I always love the opportunity for hooking up with folks from the internet. Are any of you making plans for conferences or workshops? Which ones? Let's hear from you soon -- 2009's right around the corner!

A quick note to all:

As a concession to our weakened economy, Romance SlamJam 2009, has been cancelled. The writing competition will still be held, but the Los Angeles conference has been cancelled.

So, that leaves us all looking forward to the 2010 cruise. More details can be found on the Romance SlamJam site.
