My parents got me the newest Stephen King. I'm so out of the loop with him these days, I didn't even realize it was out there.

I did not receive anything special to read, but my daughter (18 on Christmas Day) received the Twilight series for her birthday from a friend. She has already read all 4 of them and I have completed the first one. I loved it! I am on the second one and can hardly put it down.

The two books I requested for Christmas will not be available until February. I did, however, use my Borders gift card toward the purchase of Kate Kingsbury's Ringing in Murder. Since the plot centers around Christmas, I am going to try to save it until next Christmas. Try being the operative word!
