Every citizen is given a seven digit I.D. number
This number will be placed their head via a chip
The first four digit represent the person's identity
While the last three represent their position
If you are under the age of thirteen the last three digits will be 001
This number controls where they can go, and what they can do

Family Units
All "marriages" must be approved by the government
Each family unit can have two children, but no more then two

At birth 25% to 50% of their body is swapped with synthetic replacements
Robotics that look like their human counterparts...NO WEAPONS e.e

There are two parts to the Academy
The first part is for children between the ages of 7 and 17
This part of an Academy is basically run like a strict dress-code school
The second part is a the University where one may got to further their education
