Carmen I liked the book alot. all of them in fact. there good adult books or young adult books but of course dont expect a six year old to understand a word.

Kelly M omg the ending was good but sooo sad, he better make another one where jess writes something in the secret hour and leaves it for beth to read, or where they find more midnighters.

Sylvia Kelly, I'm so AGREE with you! That would make a great book, won't it? I'd love to read it. Hope Mr Westerfeld will write the sequel.

Kako It was a great series, but the end was so SAD!! He HAS to write another one where they get Jess OUT of the blue time! Oh, I must say Scott Westerfeld has an AMAZING imagination! Where does he get this stuff? Thirteen letter words, I mean honestly!

Kari I agree, it was a fantastic ending... Though to me, part of what made it so fantastic was that it was so sad and somewhat open. It is the sort of ending that I love- it is different and the author wasn't afraid to leave it like that rather than a typical happily ever after. Even more so, I like that the Midnighters were splitting up now that they had a better grasp of the blue time- it seemed right to me.

SOOOOO AWESOME!!!

ℂᖺαᖇᒪἷ℮ ⊰1017 &Tardis⊱ The ending made me cry. I was happily shipping Jonathan Jess from the first time they were together, and for them to be in that situation broke my feeble heart.

But I loved sooooooo much.

Angela That was just a crap ending. Should have left it alone when they saved everyone. I mean Jess saving everyone and then being stuck and Melissa leaving Rex and Dess. He should have just left them alone. It's not like he's writin more of them. Since it came out in what 2008? Just MY OPINION

VG/Allie I like the books, and I do enjoy a good Noble Sacrifice ending but this was one that I wish didn't have a NS ending!!!! I wanted a Happy Ever After!

Just my Op...
But I was glad that Melissa left. I honestly didn't like her, she seemed like a bit*h, I understand that she heard everyone thoughts but still she was sour candies.
