Does anyone like Voldemort's picture? I made it myself.

message 2: by Jack (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:53PM) (new)

Jack Corcoran | 3 comments I like it. I haven't read any of the Harry Potter books, so you're going to have to fill me in!

message 7: by Jack (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:58PM) (new)

Jack Corcoran | 3 comments my gift is my ability to live in this dimension and not read the Harry Potter series.

NO! HOW DARE YOU!

message 9: by Kenzie (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:59PM) (new)

Kenzie I don't really enjoy the picture. He's not that evil.

Jack, you need to read them, they are very inspirational.

message 10: by Roni (last edited Aug 25, 2016 01:59PM) (new)

Roni (v_a_b) Are you kidding I LOVE this picture!!!!!!!!!! Its so funny. And what are you talking about "he's not that evil"??? HE'S VOLDEMORT!!!!!! HE KILLED MUGGLES FOR FUN!!!!!!!!! How would you like it if voldemort came to your house(or sent his death eaters) to torture and kill you and your family cuz if he had know u love harry potter he would have come to get you!!!
But Jack you really should read the books. Even if you refuse to believe they are inspirational as mckenzie says, they are at the very least entertaining. And you CAN live in this dimension and read the harry potter books. I do and I have read all of them between 2 and oh, 10 or so times. AND I have managed to have a life! :D

and Veronica...
Me too i have read them at least 12 each (not kidding)well exept for the 7th one but i have read it 4 times...and im ashamed to admit this...
but i have memorized the gringotts poem from book 1.

message 12: by Kenzie (last edited Aug 25, 2016 02:00PM) (new)

Kenzie Well, I do think he's evil but not evil like in his picture. You have to kind of feel bad for him though, he had a ruff childhood which could only help his anger along.

I have read all the books (except the 7th) 50+ times!

message 13: by Tess (last edited Aug 25, 2016 02:02PM) (new)

Kenzie I can't read and type at the same time, it's to challenging. Unless you count reading what you're writing.

message 19: by Tess (last edited Aug 25, 2016 02:14PM) (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
haha lol well its kind of confusing...

message 20: by Kenzie (new)

Kenzie I changed my mind about the picture. I think it's pretty awesome.

Tess | 324 comments Mod
ok... should i be an artist?
haha JUST KIDDING.
I can't draw to save my life.

message 22: by Katie (new)

Katie | 359 comments yeah... about that....

message 23: by Kenzie (new)

Kenzie Don't push your luck. The drawing is good...Although, it's computer generated...so it's not really your drawing. Is it?

message 24: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
Not really
but a little?
Fine. But it's my idea. So ha.

message 25: by [deleted user] (last edited Dec 22, 2007 11:41AM) (new)

ive read all the books at least 70+ times; besides the 7th, ive only read that one 8.

how do you know neville didnt marry luna? it never said he didnt!

message 26: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
He didn't. He married Hannah Abbot. Go to wikipedia and search the people at the bottom, there will be info after the book taken from J.K. Rowling.

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

who are the people at the bottom?

message 28: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
No. Search people. At the bottom of the page, there will be info about the person you typed up.
For Ex.
"Voldemort"

...scroll...

"Harry killed Voldemort with the expelliarmus charm."

Get it?

message 29: by Katie (new)

Katie | 359 comments Wait, Neville gets paired with Hannah Abbot? He really should be with Luna. They just belong together, especially after I read about them in the fifth and seventh book. They were so cute in Dumbledore's Army.

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

oh... i found it. well, jk rowling is a poop. he should have married luna.

message 31: by Katie (new)

Katie | 359 comments for lack of a better word, yes... she is... sometimes... I love doing the dot dot things.... it's so much fun...

message 32: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
yes.
ok.
Hannah Abbot doesnt even get talked about very much. She does not deserve Neville's love.

message 33: by Kenzie (last edited Jan 06, 2008 11:04AM) (new)

Kenzie hello? Luna is very important in the seventh and fifth books!

message 34: by Katie (new)

Katie | 359 comments You gotta love Luna, especially after I saw her in the fifth movie. She's so funny! And I seriously thought Hannah Abbot was dead. Guess not.

message 35: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
no, her mom died.
it was sad that lavender brown died.
\i guess hermione was happy;she got her revenge.

message 36: by Katie (new)

Katie | 359 comments Lavender died? What???? How did I not know this?

message 37: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
It says it very briefly. Fenir was feasting on her flesh. Then Trelawney (im pretty sure) drops a crystal ball on his head (finally, it comes in use.)

message 38: by Katie (new)

Katie | 359 comments How do I not remember that? I guess it was kinda late at night when I finished the book...

message 39: by Roni (new)

Roni (v_a_b) Nevil and luna would have made a really interesting pair. They are like, complete opposites

message 40: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
I know! And in the 6th book at Dumbledore's funeral, they are sitting together and everything, and they were the only loyal members to the DA.

message 41: by Kenzie (new)

Kenzie They kind of do go together. Why do people think that Dean and Luna should go together?

message 42: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
They didnt go together...
it's luna and newt scalamander's son or something..

message 43: by Tess (last edited Feb 06, 2008 03:56PM) (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
"Some years after Voldemort's defeat in the Chronology of the Harry Potter stories, Luna marries Newt Scamander's grandson, Rolf, and they have twin boys, Lorcan and Lysander."

Now that was from wikipedia and we know how reliable that is...

message 44: by Kenzie (new)

Kenzie Did J.K.Rowling mention this?

message 45: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
i dont know.

message 46: by Katie (new)

Katie | 359 comments I don't think so. But the people who update/revise Wikipedia have next to no life, so, who knows?

message 47: by [deleted user] (new)

it didnt say lavender died, she might have survived the attack...

message 48: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
it did, at the end of the book, harry was thinking about everyone that died including lavender.

message 49: by Kenzie (new)

Kenzie I don't actually use Wikipedia. I've found it to be quite unreliable.

message 50: by Tess (new)

Tess | 324 comments Mod
Yes, i agree. It's just hard to find information concerning Harry Potters "afterlife" elsewhere.
