This folder has been created for your convenience. In it, I have created twelve topics, each one representing a district, and in each topic I have given you a little snippet on the district at hand. You'll see that I've also listed possible strengths/weaknesses for tributes from that particular district--again, for your convenience. If you find yourself having trouble creating a believable character, simply head on over to the tribute's district topic and start reading! You should get some ideas/inspiration there. Keep in mind that I don't want you to depend heavily on just the topics--be creative and use your own ideas--they are simply around to give you a push in the right direction, if you need it. :)
