Missing Page Numbers for 9780330362146

According to the following source, and the copy on the couch next to me, this version has 697 pages (which includes the interview with the author at the end):

Also, the book cover is missing from the site, do I need to post a message on a different board or are you able to use this notice and the jpg from the link above?
