Post your suggestions for April's BotM here! The theme for April is Ghosts/Humans with Paranormal Abilities. This thread is only to nominate books with either ghosts or humans with paranormal abilities.

If you agree with someone else's selection, just say I second this selection and then link the book name.

If nominating a book in a series, only nominate the 1st book in the series (unless we've already group read the 1st book).

Vote for a book of a different genre here:
http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/8...

Voting poll will be put up at the end of March.
Thanks!!

Donna (adje8795) | 21 comments I second this selection - Ghost a la Mode. I have it, and it looks good. Besides, I think it's free right now so it wouldn't be an expense for us all to have. If it's not free, I know it's cheap... and that's always a good thing - good books, not a lot of money! Ghost a la Mode

It is good! And I recommend buying the regular book because it has some awesome pictures in it. You can still see them on the ebook version, but better in paperback.

Betsy (saraisha23) | 29 comments I nominated The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold . I've been meaning to read this book someday. I've watched the movie and it was so good. message 43: by tif (new)

tif (tiftoland) | 24 comments While i *just* finished Dearly, Departedand it is a GREAT book, it doesn't really fit the theme of "Ghosts/Humans with Paranormal Abilities". Unless you count zombies as ghosts. ;)
I've been hearing lots of good things about Anna Dressed in Blood (Anna, #1) by Kendare Blake , so I'll go with the people voting for that one.

message 44: by Karen (new)

Karen E | 1 comments I'm just reading this one now, don't know if I should vote on it yet because I haven't finished it. Has ghosts/humans and its kind of creepy. Maybe next month but I suppose the theme will change. Pretty good though:

Nine Lives by George M Moser

Otherwise, I really liked:

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs
