If you read the original Fear Street series (Books 1-51, 1989-1997), can you tell me if the books connect or is it okay to read them out of order?

I've read almost all of them, they were all amazing! And yes, you can read them in any order :D
The Fear Street series books are stand alone. You can read them in any order.
I read most of the books between 1996-2000, from books that I managed to find at various libraries, and I have to say there's nothing jarring about reading them out of order. It's best to read mini-series like Silent Night in order, though. And also, the Super Chillers are the best ones in the series. Have fun reading!
