Two sisters go to stay with their aunt, in France. Marina, named for water, gorgeous and thin, and ??? named for fire, kind of unattractive. they meet their cousin Raoul and the one whose name I can't remember falls hard for him.

Raoul is obsessed wtih ancient druids, and with a historic site that is going to be destroyed for development or something.

The sister's talents are singing (Marina) and dancing (the other one) and play an important part in the story.

I think the name Raoul used for himself was Great Wolf
