Do amazon not let you know that your going to be the daily deal then?? We've been wondering how it works, mostly how amazon pick the book for each day but I doubt if you can tell us that.

Hi Jud,

I had no idea The Long Dry was on Daily Deal until I got home to my emails at the end of the day. The deal was put in place by the publishers, who also ran a month long promotion on Everything I Found on the Beach.
