i finished queen of shadows two days ago and my parents have told me that i cannot read another book until exam week is over (2 weeks to go) so i can study and stuff. But i'm going to read throne of glass anyways on the bus.
also they said if i get 100% in my science test they will buy me 'a court of thorns and roses'

Goes into metaphysics and is a a little more tell than show (as in "show, don't tell") but I suppose you cannot really show these concepts to someone who is not used to meditation or remote viewing, for example.

mollusskka @Tyler, that's the book adapted to How To Deal movie with Mandy Moore as Halley. Have you watched it. Btw, this movie is also based on That Summer by the same author. My fave movie.

I'm currently re-reading "Scarlet" by Marissa Meyer (I have Winter, so I wanted to refresh my memory on the series), and I'm also currently reading "Alice in Zombieland" by Gena Showalter. Having mixed feelings about Alice In Zombieland at the moment.

So far City of Glass is interesting and Goblet of Fire is really good!

Ah yes, being isolated really HAS taken away Cress's chances to meet others, and apparently Thorne - reckless, irresponsible, crazy Thorne - is the sane one in the desert XD

They make an absolutely beautiful couple <3 and yes I loved the Lunar Chronicles; it's one of my favorite series :D

I'm actually waiting for "Cress" to get to my house right now. I finished "Scarlet" around 1:30 this morning. I'm extremely excited to read "Fairest" and "Winter" ❤️
