Lyn (lyncote) | 18 comments I just joined this group. I thought I would mention that Harlequin is putting out a clean romance line. They are taking Love Inspired romances (inspirational) and Superromances and asking the authors to tone down the inspirational and sensual element in their respective romances. You won't find them in stores on on the Harlequin site.
You can find them with this link.

And here's Roxanne Rustand's two Heartwarming releases

Just thought I'd mention it--since Harlequin seems to be trying to publish what this group is looking for. (BTW, I'm not getting anything for posting these links. I don't have any books in the Heartwarming line.) :-)

Randy Dutton (randydutton) | 1 comments I've just published an ecopolitical thriller, The Carbon Trap, in which I've incorporated a romance. Question is, can the two genres work well together? The book is first in The Carbon Series and the romance expands in the second book, The Carbon Cross, due out in June 2012. The main focus of the book is to challenge the environmental message of trapping CO2 as a solution to global warming and I did that with some non-stereotypical characters. But did the romance overwhelm the message?
