Should I list my source for each change I make?

You will appear as the source of the image. It doesn't know where you got the image from. You are only supposed to input a link for a source on the book rescue page, under the radio button for it (so, only once per book you rescue).(And, the source you link to should be an ISBN source; it doesn't matter if you get the image from somewhere else which is not the same link as that ISBN source.)

Am I supposed to list my source every time I make a change to a book, now that there are restrictions on which sites we can use to get book information from?
For example, I just added the newly released book cover for this book: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/12...
I found the image on the author's Facebook page, but it's also on Amazon. I couldn't find it anywhere else. Is Amazon going to think the image was sourced from them unless it's spelled out somewhere that it wasn't?
I'm confused! Please help.
