Brenda It's so Jane Austen, but it's all true! Royal names are dropped, what goes on when the lights go out at summer house parties, and what is going on with Winston Churchill and his dandy, handsome friend?

Written by a Brit, the prose is edible, and sometimes pronounced with a small sniff.

Tina Michelle I loved this one as well! I enjoyed "meeting" so many people I've read about in other books, in a more informal(?) setting. All that corridor creeping must have been a sight for the servants who didn't see anything.
