Is it good? Should i bother to read it?

I like the sound of it, but I'd like to know if its just frustrating or if it drags on? I'm considering reading it but i have a long waiting list of books and I don't know which to pick :L

Yes, it is a good read and something different. The book does drag on a little bit but your always in suspense to see what happens with the captour and the main character. I think you'll find it is qutie a very different book to other books. I think you should get it, it is a really good read :D :D
