She chuckled a little, "I should probably check on Logan..."
She got up and went downstairs, amazed to see Logan looking at a family picture. Lily went over to him, and knelt beside him. "What're you looking at?" she asked curiously. He pointed to the picture, "Who's that guy, the one with mommy and daddy?" he asked. She sighed a little as she saw it was Jasons graduation. "That's your big brother, Jason." she told him. Logan perked up, "I have a big brother!! Where is he where is he?!" he asked excitedly. Lily looked to him, "He's...gone." she told him softly. Logan looked to her curiously.
Zach heard Logan get excited for something, he walked out and looked at the two of them. Zach felt like he shouldnt have been there.
"Well where did he go?" Logan asked. Delilah sighed, "He uh...um, went to war and didn't come back..." she told him. "Oh," Logan said, "Well when is he coming back?" Delilah stayed silent for a moment, trying to think of something to tell him.

Zach looked to them. "Logan he moved away with his friend."
Logan looks at Zach, then back to Delilah. "Why did he move away? Does he not love us?" Lily shook her head, "No, he loves you, us, very much. But he went to a better place with for him with a friend.." she told him. Logan nodded, "Oh,ok," and went off to his room. Delilah sighed, looking at the picture again before standing up.
She looked back over to him with a semi-sad expression. "Thanks..." she told him softly.
"I should go." He said. 'Im just making everything worse."
She shook her head, "No...how are you making everything worse?" she asked. He was actually making everything better for her.
She shook her head again. "But your not.." she told him, "You can leave if you want to go though.." she said softly.
Zach felt bad. "I stuff everything up too."
"No, you don't." she told him, seriously, because she didn't feel he did.
She nodded. "Positive." she told him.
"Honestly i dont know, all i know is that i should be sorry."
She smiled a little as she walked over to him. "You have nothing to be sorry about."
Delilah smiled a bit as well. Just then, her parents walked in with some groceries. Her mom smiled as she saw Zach. "Oh, hi Zach.' her mom greeted him.
Delilah, would you mind helping your father?" her mom asked sweetly. "Uh, no..." she said softly as she went outside and brought in the rest of the groceries. Delilah's mom looked at Zach, "So..I'm guessing she told you?" she asked, referring to the adoption.
Zach nodded. "Yeah... we tried calling her mother today but she said she never wanted a daughter then or now.. that hit her pretty hard." He said frowning.
"Oh..." her mom said, also frowning, "If I would've known that was gonna happen I wouldn't of given her the number..." she said thoughtfully, "Thanks for being here for her though."
He nodded. "Its fine.. im always here for her." He said. "I called her back once she hung up on us... she didnt even know her son died."
She smiled a little and nodded, but then frowned a bit when she heard the last part, "She didn't? Hmm, I thought she knew.." she sighed. "Huh...well still, thank you." she said. Delilah walked back in and put the groceries away before walking back over to Zach and her mom.
Zach looked to Lil and smiled softly, he looked back to her mum. "Its alright."
Her mom nodded, and walked back over to her dad and they started chatting about who knows what. "Have a nice little chat?" she asked him.
Well that's good," she smiled a little.
So..uh..." she said, not really knowing what to say, but not really wanting him to leave.
Zach looked to the time. "I should go.. its getting late."
Oh uh, ok.." she said softly. "See you tomorrow?"
"Umm yeah." He wasnt sure as he had school.
Ok, well uh..see ya I guess.." she said softly, silently wondering what would happen at school tomorrow.

When her parents werent watching he kissed her cheek. "Cya."
She smiled a little, "Bye...." She said, kinda sad he was leaving.
He left shortly after and headed home, he knew what the guys thoughts of her.
She sighed and went up to her room and changeed into some pj's. She then laid down, and decided to go to sleep early, not giving herself time to think about things.
-NEXT DAY- Zach headed to school, he met up with the guys and laughed about who knows what.
Delilah was already at school, as usual. She got the stuff she needed from her locker, went to class, and sat down. Truthfully, she wasn't looking forward to this school day.
Zach went to his locker then headed to his first class.
Lily glanced up as he walked in, then turned her attention back to whatever she was doing before.
