Fauzy + Whit Reloaded :D
Name: Katia BennettAge: 17
Gender: Female
Species: Half-blood
Appearance:

Personality: Cautious, desperate to hone her powers, may panic constantly.
History/Bio: Katia found out that her mother was one of the fey, and she was suddenly taken to the Nevernever by an unknown group of fey, but the group was attacked, and she managed to run away. She had been wandering the Wildwoods aimlessly ever since, searching for help, and also searching for her mother.
Other: She has her mother's violet eyes.
((Here we gooo~))Katia was starting to limp. She had been walking for... I don't even know. The time in this realm did not make sense to her at all. Right now the sky was gloomy. She constantly looked around frantically, always hearing noises everywhere. Her stomach was grumbling. She hadn't eaten anything because she was afraid that everything in these woods were poisoned.
Kalen roamed through the Wildwoods calmly, looking up at the sky every so often to see the clouds darken viciously. He was used to hearing all sorts of noises while he came through here hunting, watching. This time, he kept hearing footsteps in one direction, then they'd be in another... Hm. Must be a goblin or two.
Katia's head snapped at the direction of another, louder noise she heard. And when she saw a figure walking, her panic increased, and she quickened her steps, trying to steady her racing heart.
Kal heard something, or someone, snap a branch to his left. His head jerked in the direction of the sound, as he saw a shape of a person practically jogging, weaving through the trees. His felt his eyebrows furrow in confusion, as he stalked toward the figure, keeping pace with him or her...or it.
She dared to turn her head, and she bit down a scream when she saw that the figure was following her, and it was fast. She didn't hesitate anymore. She just ran, her panic finally getting the best of her.
He could almost smell the fear coming off the person, who was now running. He took off in an unnaturally fast run, gaining speed on the creature by the second. His eyes began to water at the corners as the wind hit his face, making his hair blow back. When he was just a few feet behind it, he jumped and tackled it to the ground.
She screamed and pushed the figure away. "Stay back!" she shouted at it. She crawled to a tree and clung onto it, panic and fear filling her eyes. She saw that it looked like a boy her age, but she knew he was one of them. Without thinking, she fished into her jeans pocket for her phone and pulled it out, holding it toward him like a weapon. "Stay back!" she said again, knowing the iron from her phone will surely make him do just that.
He held his hands up then in surrender, smelling the iron off the object in her hand. "What," he began in a dark, deep voice. "in the hell are you doing?" His eyes turned deep red, as he watched the girl with intense eyes. As he stood there, he noticed that she was very filthy, with mud and dirt caked on her clothes and skin. And she looked dehydrated and famished. "Are...you okay?" He squinted his eyes are her.
She shook her head and kept glaring at him, not putting away her phone. "Don't touch me," she said coldly, knowing that every single creature in this realm wanted her dead. "Go away."
He raised an eyebrow, taking in her skinny features and sharp facial bones. "You don't look so good." He said calmly, his expression softening, as his eyes turned to a light blue shade. "Do... Do you want some...food? And...water? That isn't poisoned?" He approached her smoothly with his words, keeping his stance.
She edged away from him the more he got closer. "What makes you think I want to go anywhere with you?" She scoffed, and then looked away, not lowering her phone. "I'd rather starve to death than be killed by one of your kind." Even though I have some of your blood in me. Which I'm not proud of.
"And what is bad about being...one of my kind?" His voice had turned harsh, sharp. I'm not about to be downgraded by a half-breed. He could smell it in the air that she was half human, and half fey. Which almost disgusted him to no end. "What is the downside of being one of my kind, hm? Tell me, I'd love to know."
"I know you wouldn't hesitate to kill me," she whispered coldly, narrowing her eyes at him. "You're all cold-hearted murderers. I'm ashamed of having your blood in my veins." She winced, but he could probably tell what she was already. "Either leave me alone or kill me, I don't even care anymore." She finally lowered her phone, looking away from him tiredly. "Just make it quick."
"The Summer Court is more lenient than the Winter Court, I'll have you know," He stated coldly, his voice clipped with ice. "You're on Seelie territory, by the way. And the king more than likely already knows that you're here." He sighed, placing his hands on his hips as he looked at her. With her head turned, her neck was visible, almost wanting a knife placed there in her neck. "Come with me, then. You can reside at my place until you are well enough to leave." He wasn't happy about it, having half-breed in his home, but she looked horrible enough to make him take pity on her.
Katia still hesitated, her eyes narrowing into slits again. "You expect me to trust you?" she asked, her voice low and unsure. Part of her did want to believe him and come with him, because she was starving and tired and she needed a bath. But the other part was still skeptical and afraid. But she tried hard for the fear to not show in her eyes, and only skepticism show.
"You can't trust anybody in the Nevernever," He said casually, leaning against a tree trunk that was twice his size. "But when you're desperate enough..." He raised his eyes brows, as his now brown eyes scanned her up and down, taking more of her filthiness in. "You'll go with anybody." He said at last. He could smell her fear, even though she didn't show it.
She felt a twinge of self-consciousness when the boy looked her over. She shouldn't be fooled by his looks. Her stomach growled again and finally, she groaned and gave up. "Fine." She stood, but gave him a warning glare and held her phone up again. "Don't try anything."
He gave her a cold look, as she held up the foreign object again, his eyes flashing red then brown again before he turned again. "This way. Follow me, and for the love of God. Stay close and keep up." Without a second glance at her, he took of in a brisk run in the opposite direction they were facing. Remembering that her health probably isn't at it's best, he slowed just a tad.
"Fuck, slow down!" she spat. She tried to run, but the pain in her left leg became more intense when he tackled her, and she winced, stumbling. "Whatever, leave me for all I care." She sighed and just limped toward him, not caring if she lost sight. As far as she knew, there was no hope for her now. I'm so dead.
He stopped when he caught the smell of blood. His head whipped around where she had stumbled, searching her for any wounds. Sure enough, there was a bleeding gash on the back of her left calf, and it looked pretty deep. Groaning inwardly, he ran back to her and picked her up, supporting her legs with one arm under them, and her back with the other arm cradling her to his chest. He took off again in the direction of his house.
She was too tired to fight him now. There was a care in the way that he held her, and it stirred something inside her that... No. She pushed that thought away and just stayed still in his arms, her expression blank. He's heartless. He can't seriously have good intentions in doing all of this.((Might be my last post for a couple hours. ._.))
((Aw, okay. D: But you're coming back?))A small cabin came into view, pine trees covering it in a way that it seemed like a barrier. As he ran up the few steps it took to get to the porch, he murmured a soft demand for it to open. It swung open with a bang, as he walked through the front door. The rest of his family weren't home, they had gone to the market. Boy, will I have a story to tell them when they get home. He sat her down gently on the couch, as he went into their bathroom for a salve that would stop the bleeding, and bandages.
((Yeah, this'll be my last post. >_< Hopefully I'll be back in 2 hours, more or less. Cya later, Whit. <3))Suddenly Katia thought of her dad and her little sister Shana. She hoped that they were okay. Silent tears rolled down her cheeks. She hadn't seen them in what felt like decades, and she missed them so much. She turned her face away, and the tears continued to flow down her cheeks, but she didn't sob, and her expression was still blank. What if I'll never see them again?
((Sorreh. D: I went off and read for a bit when I thought you weren't coming back for another couple hours. xD Then I took a showa. o3o))
Kalen came back from the bathroom, a small round container in his hand and the bandages in the other. He bounded through the house until he was at her side, kneeling before the sight of her ragged leg. He rolled up the edge of her pants without asking, taking in the unknown blue material as he did so. He looked at the wound, and unease gripped him tightly. "Damn," He breathed. "This is one nasty cut. How'd you get it?"
She didn't say a word and didn't lift her head to look at him. I may never see Dad and Shana ever again... The realization made her almost sob, but she held back. She would not crack in front of this boy.
He could see tears welling in her eyes, but made no comment of it. He shrugged as she didn't answer, turning his gaze back to the situation at hand. His hands gripped the edge of a soft wet cloth that was dipped in rubbing alcohol, letting it sit there for a few seconds to fight the infection he was starting to smell. That's gotta hurt like a son-of-a-bitch.
She winced. It hurt so badly, but she kept her cool as best as she could. Her hand gripped the couch so hard that her nails dug into it. She cried out a little as the pain got more intense. "I got it when you tackled me," she gasped, giving him a cold look.
He almost said he was sorry, but shut his mouth real quick when he gave her that look. He returned it as his eyes narrowed and turned bright red, almost glowing. "Do you want this cleaned and bound or not?" He kept the cloth on there a bit longer, moving it up and down to wipe the blood away.
"Ah, fuck that hurts!" she hissed at him, wincing. "Fine, just make it quick." She turned away, folding her arms over her chest.
Smiling to himself, he took away the cloth once the wound was clean. Then he spread the salve over the gash, massaging it in to get the goo in deep. "That should stop the bleeding." He then rolled some of the bandages off, and wrapped it carefully around her calf, tucking it tightly. "There. Better now, Miss Hateful?"
She looked at him, trying to give him a cold stare, but sighed. She couldn't. She had to admit she was grateful. "Tha─" she started, but thought the better of it and cleared her throat. "Yeah."
((I has MSN. :D But I rarely get on it. I'll add you though. owo))He made a soft humph in the back of his throat. Rising to his feet, he strode over to the small room next to them, which was the kitchen. He saw that some of his mother's beef stew and mashed potatoes was still in there from lunch. Taking a bowl and plate out of one of the cupboards overhead, he took the small scooper and poured some of the stew into the bowl, as he took a spoonful of potatoes and put it on the plate. He also took a cup out as well, pouring apple juice into it. Once he was back in the living room, he sat the plate, bowl, and cup in from of her. "Bon appetit."
((I'll give you my alter ego's MSN. x3 I actually use Yahoo, but on MSN I'm my alter ego. :p I know it's weird, but hey. Beyonce has Sasha Fierce. Fauzy has Safira Morgan. o_o saffy_waffy_taffy@hotmail.com))Seeing food, she immediately lost it. She stumbled over to it and dug in, savoring every bite and every sip of the drink. She didn't care if the dude was watching her in disgust, she hadn't eaten in days.
((I see. O: Well I'll add you. :D))He watched her stuff the food, and guzzling the juice. He immediately went back into the kitchen to get another round, setting it on the small table in front of her. "We've got plenty where that came from." He watched her eat, almost instantly noticing the change in her demeanor.
After half an hour or so, Katia was full and sleepy. The couch was comfy compared to sleeping on the cold ground in the middle of the woods, where creatures could gobble her up at any second. She sat there, not knowing what else to do, and wondering if she'll have to leave and wander in the woods all over again soon.
He sat in the chair across from her, running the tip of his fingers over his chin as he watched her. "My name's Kalen." He figured he might as well start trying to get along with the half-breed, before he loses his mind.
"Katia," she answered stiffly, still not looking at him. Instead, her mind wandered to her father and Shana again, wondering what they were doing right now. Wondering if they were worried about her or looking for her.
"We've got a spare room, if you want to sleep in it." He said with a sharp edge. He took his knife from his boot, and started twirling it around, giving himself a distraction before he said something to set her off.
Her head shot up when he pulled out a knife, and she started to panic. She stood abruptly, pain exploding on her injured leg, and moved back from him. She immediately fumbled for her phone.
He rolled his eyes, rolling his head with them dramatically. "You're going to make the binds come undone if you don't sit. the fuck. down." He stated it very firmly, warning in his tone as he stood up. He pointed to the couch with his knife. "Now."
"Or what? You'll stab me in the gut?" She snorted, narrowing her eyes at him. "Show me that room you told me about. I'd rather be alone."
He almost threw the knife at her, his fingers twitching around the knife. "Don't test me, half-breed." His voice came out deep and sharper. Eyes turning blazing red as he looked at her, he turned in the direction of the spare room, not caring if she was following.
She followed, and when they got there, she entered and closed the door behind her quickly. As soon as it closed, she burst into tears, exploding into a messy sobbing heap on the floor of the room, wanting a few hours of self-pity. She didn't care if that asshole faery was still outside her door and could hear her sobs. She let out all the pain she had been holding in for the past few days.
