I haven't sold anything on Ebay since 2003. I sold a good number of Toy Trains (mostly Lionel) through Ebay from 1999-2003. I am considering trying to get back into selling - but I need to do some research on what is selling. When I stopped last time it was because the market for Lionel trains on ebay had become a buyer's market - so prices had dropped a good bit. Doug

the market for just about anything tends to vary based on the season.

Hillary,

I bookmarked the site and will look for your article on Wednesday. I realise the toy train market tends to be a Fall - pre Christmas market, with some additonal buying right after Chrsitmas. So, the best time to sell is oct. - March. The market from April to Sept. is very small. :)Doug
