Yvette In the beginning of the book I really liked Mrs. Dale and thought that she was selfless and very mothering, but after finding out about her relationship with the Judge my opinion about her changed. How do you feel about Mrs. Dale? Is she selfless for devoting her life to caring for others or is she selfish for allowing a romance with a married man? Can you control love or is there no choice on who you love?

Nikki Gourneau Love is hard to control..however sometimes there are sacrifices people need to make... Was Mrs. Dale right for sleeping with a married man for so long? No..but it takes two..The Judge was married. Could he not think of his wife's feelings. Same with March..what she did to her daughter and husband was wrong.

I liked this book..but it was hard to read..probably becuase some of it felt so framilar to my real life.
