Becky (beckyofthe19and9) I saw Gattica when it first came out, but I was 15 and don't remember much about it. May be time to watch it again.

My boyfriend Loves (with a capital "L") The Truman Show. While it's not one of my personal favorites, I do believe it is plausible.

Jurassic Park is one of my favorites, and oddly enough, whilst Stumbling today, I came across some guy's blog:7 Movies That Required Scientific Inaccuracy To Make Sense, which mentioned it.

I got a few laughs out of it, so I thought I would share! ;)

Jim (jimmaclachlan) I think their list was off, but it made me think. Thanks for posting it, KD.

2001's monolith is as far out as anything in SF, but HAL was certainly close enough to reality to be a nightmare, though. I think they should have put 'Silent Running' on the list.
