I didn't finish it, I found something better to read and this was left on my table... that's all I can say about that. The idea is good, the way the story is told didn't quiet tickle me.

I am reading it now. But I just can't seem to get into it. Doesn't really flow for me. I keep waiting for it to get better.

So extremely boring to me!! I had to abandon it about halfway through. The only other Jane Hamilton book that I've read was A Map of the World and I wasn't crazy about that one either....however, I did finish it. I have The Book of Ruth on my shelf and hope someday I give it a chance. I've heard that it is much better than Disobedience.
