This author (two pages):
Роберт М. Пёрсиг
Robert M. Pirsig
makes me to ask question.

I have found comments about "aka" feature. It isn't already done?

And, what's the best way now.
Combining authors and books? But what to do with author name spelling? Moreover, if author name is not in English - it can't be linked with author tag.

Paula (paulaan) | 7027 comments The current policy is:

If the books have been translated from the original then use the "Roman" version in the primary author position if there is debate about the spelling of the Roman version then use the LOC as the decider.

You can then add the other language names in the secondary and Tertiary positions.

We also add links to the other language profile/s in the about author section. Ill post an example when I find one

If the books have not been translated then the author can remain the the original language

Edit: the author profiles you link to look correct

While this is one of the most-librarian-requested features on GR, adding it is exceedingly difficult.
