For Chinese, if it's a major mistake (we ordered shrimp + lobster sauce, they brought lo mein) we make them call the restaurant and do it over. Most of our delivering restaurants are no more than a mile away -- an advantage of living in a big city. That's only happened once I can think of. More understandable minor errors (spring rolls instead of fried egg rolls) we excuse.
