I only checked a couple - but worldcat has the edition you link to and a few of the others with the same content.
You might want to check worldcat with the other editions

They are (almost) all collections of stories published in magazines.
Swords in the Mist has:
- The Cloud of Hate
- Lean Times in Lankhmar
- Their Mistress, the Sea
- When the Sea-King's Away
- The Wrong Branch
- Adept's Gambit
Swords Against Wizardry has:
- Stardock
- In the Witch's Tent
- The Two Best Thieves in Lankhmar
- The Lords of Quarmall
and Lean Times in Lankhmar has all of the above:
- The Cloud of Hate
- Lean Times in Lankhmar
- Their Mistress, the Sea
- When the Sea-King's Away
- The Wrong Branch
- Adept's Gambit
- In the Witch's Tent
- Stardock
- The Two Best Thieves in Lankhmar
- The Lords of Quarmall
plus - Author's Foreword (Lean Times in Lankhmar) an essay by Fritz Leiber
I think the latter should be treated as a different book.

If so, is there a simple way to reverse it (I can't see an undo)? Or do I have to separate each of the editions of Lean Times in Lankhmar, and then recombine those together?
