Reading a funny book called GUMBO, by Catchphrase Dan. Next up is the 4th book in the Women of the Underworld Series, Industrial Magic.
I was listening to A Series of Unfortunate Events, but I just got to book 3 and the narrator (the author) is awful, so I stopped listening and have requested the next 3 books from the library to read. Once I get back to book 6, I'll listen again -- Narrator for books 1-2 and 6-13 is the amazing Tim Curry. The author seemed to think he could do a better job and narrated books 3-5... he's TERRIBLE!
I'm suffering really bad jetlag right now. I've been sleeping for 13 plus hours at a time for the last 10 days which is really not doing good for the fact school is still in session for me right now and we just had midterms. I'm trying to get back into a routine but its hard I dont feel tired but frustrated. I am hoping to get to at least two books before the end of September.

, was amazing! I was a little apprehensive because I'm not the biggest fan of Leigh's other series, The Grisha. But I absolutely love ..."Six of Crows was really good, adored it. I'll def give Clockwork Dagger a go!
so it's been a while since I've updated.re-read:
All of them were brilliant as the first time I read them.
Also read
I'll admit to not being as happy with the short stories, Daemon mainly focused on ass and legs.Listened to
was brilliant. Author and Narrator did a fantastic job!Read:
I wasn't the books biggest fan, but it was fun reading about my current place of residence.
was really good, enjoyed reading from different perspectives.
LOVED!!!
Both were wonderful, and Night Broken wasn't as cringy as i had been expecting based off reviews which was nice.DNF:
painfully choppy and awkward dialog.

was pretty good, rather unexpected. Currently reading
usually I listen to this series but I wanted to try reading this book. I'll admit I actually much prefer the audio version which is a first for me. Still enjoying it though
Smashed through
both were really good.Nightingale's Lament was entertaining as hell and rather outlandish but I enjoyed it much more because of it. 3/4 stars - unsure which one I'm leaning more towards.
Red Queen was devious which made it a fun read, sure there was some issues but overall I had a good time. 4 stars.
The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the GalaxyIt has been decades since I first read these books. Funny, smart, perceptive, outrageous. Loving it.
started
. I'm actually feeling really ambivalent about it at the moment, I'm only at the beginning but so far I'm a bit iffy on the characters. Actually I was a little WTF at the end of the last book and this book rambo'd that. The whole thing is a bit nuts, and everyone is weirdly off their game - understandable with their circumstances but they have had shit thrown at them for the last 4 books and been rather consistent in their behaviour, why now?Anyways like I said just a bit ambivalent... hoping I'll enjoy it more soon.
