If you read the book, it's obvious things didn't happen the way we've been told. Quite suspicious. I personally believe he may have had help dying. Why would a junkie shoot himself when he could have just overdosed?
Take your conspiracy theories and get out!
Lol. He killed himself. Courtney didn't kill him and she's the only one protecting his legacy. She's not perfect but she's doing way better a job at it than anyone else could.

Yeah, probably killed himself. Kurt was miserable. But I just like stirring the pot. Fun to piss off those who take the subject way too seriously! I can't believe anybody still posts on this thread! My last comment was over a year ago!
Based upon what I've read, from his journals to a few biographies, I think Kurt Cobain was a gifted yet extremely depressed guy who, not only had a history of depression (he tried to kill himself as a teenager) but died by his own hand for a number of reasons. 1. He was seriously addicted to heroin and benzodiazepines (sedatives) and suffered constant stomach pains due to a pinched nerve.
2. Felt that Courtney Love didn't love him anymore.
3. The pressure to constantly tour was enormous, when all he wanted to do was spend time with his family.
4. Courtney Love threatened to take away his daughter if he didn't stop using the only thing that helped him feel better.
5. Kurt suffered from bipolar, which caused him to have periods of creativity and self-destructive impulses.
I'm a huge fan of Nirvana, and thought Kurt was a talented artist. Having said this, I also think Courtney pushed him over the edge to commit suicide.
