Plus black hair/blue eyes is sexier than blond/amber eyes. And he's witty, smart, and ultra self-sacrificing.
But really those are just plus's to the fact that he's WELSH. I just want to hear him speak.
First instinct would be to say Jace, but the more I think about it, its like your first love, they always have a special place in your heart, you find yourself comparing them to anyone else. Will is pretty awesome too in his own way. I think the movie made me not like Jace as much. I don't agree with Jem, I maybe pictured him differently but I see him as very weak and frail and I felt icked out and confused when ++++++ (don't want to spoil) In the end I say Jace because Jace is willing to go with his heart to be with her even though its horribly wrong. (Yes I am conflicted!)
out of those two i would chose Will, though Jem is my favourite charater in both series

I personally LOVE both characters because they are different in more ways than you think so I have no team.
Will.I find him better than Jace. That black hair and blue eyes combo is more attractive than Jace's blonde and his amber (?) eyes.
His character and the way he just did things just made me love him even more.
DEFINITELY WILL. I just love his story on how he wasn't able to allow people to love him, but then he gradually began to show his affection. You can see that he cares about the people around him in the little things he does. He has a better relationship with his parabatai, Jem, for instance. He buys yin fen for him and always apcares for him while Jace is all, Alec can take care of himself. I also love Will's sarcasm and his little remarks over Jace's. But they're both characters, I just like Will a lot better.

I would pick Will I love Will I find his romance with Tessa more better and he is quite the bad boy and I am a sucker for black hair blue eyes and I love how he loves to read and cares for beautiful jem. Sorry Jace love you but its definitely Will!
