Liz smiled, looking up at him. God he was so hot, and so kind hearted. "She just confused me that's all." she tucked her hair behind her ear.

Liz giggle, "Well I can't say that I'm sorry because otherwise I wouldn't have met you..." she smiled, looking into his eyes. "Even though she did kind of mess up our kiss." she blushed.Alex was running a bit late, he hadn't made a date or specific time that he and Ardeyn would meet up, but he wanted to find her to spend the day with her. He was rushing from his class to head to the cafe before a friend on the football team stopped to speak with him.
((Ohhh I've never been there, I hate it in Italy cant wait to go back to the states lol))
((No, we're military so we're here for a while lol))Liz grinned, indicating he wasn't pushing her at all. She leaned in slowly, closing her eyes as she pressed her lips to his.
Alex finished his discussion with his friend, he sighed and ran inside the cafe hoping she was there. He looked around, and a smile crept on his face when he saw her. "Ardeyn!" he called, waving.
Angel entered inside the cafe, bored. She yawned wanting to sleep. She crept in and saw them, again. She debated whether she'll approach them or not. She ordered a hot chocolate.
((I wish I could go to Italy, lucky.))
Liz shrieked at the sound of Alex's voice. She pulled away from Shane, blushing, "I-I'm sorry." she giggled.Alex jogged over to her, kissing her cheek. He sat across from her, his smile never leaving, "How are you?"
Angel thanked the personnel as he gave her drink. She turn around and watched Shane and the girl. She shrugged and approached them.
Liz was about to speak again, when she noticed Angel coming up to them. She sighed and sipped her cocoa.He looked at her with a smile, "I just...I'm really good now that I'm here with you."
((It's great to visit, but terrible to live if you aren't Italian.. lol))
Angel smiled at the girl with Shane. "Hi! Again," she added. "I haven't properly introduce myself, I'm Angel." she offered a hand at her.
Liz looked at her, taking her hand hesitantly. "I'm Liz..." she said quietly.
((I'm Italian, but would rather live in France. But Texas is my home, and I love it.))
She grinned. "You're Shane's girlfriend?"
Angel looked at him. "What? I was just being sociable." she grinned at him and said bitterly. "I'm so not being a bitch, right now." She really did have pure intentions. She cracked her knuckles and sighed. "Fine, not wanted. I get it." she waved goodbye. "Nice meeting you and see you around." she yawned. "I certainly need to sleep."
Liz looked between the two of them as they went back and forth. The whole thing was making her a little uncomfortable. "You know...how about I let you two talk..." she stood up. The way that Shane was talking to her left a question mark in the air for her, she wasn't sure if she wanted to be in the middle of this. "I'll see you around, I have to study." She didn't leave the cafe completely, she just went to a different table and opened up her laptop.Alex grinned, "Yeah, I've been thinking about you a lot." He took her hand in his, warming it up for her, "I guess... I missed you..." he was surprised in himself for using the words, but it's how he felt.
She looked up at him from her table, "I'll call you." she smiled, looking back down at her work.Alex grinned, feeling butterflies in his stomach. "I was thinking maybe we can catch that movie tonight."
Angelica fumbles in, her hair swishing about her shoulders. She holds her school books tight as she sits down readin to order.

Liz caught the phone slightly off guard. She looked at him then added her her number to his contacts and sent a text message to herself to save his. She tossed it back to him. "I'll call you..." she repeated with a grin, looking back at her work.Alex grinned, slowly leaning into her. That smile of hers, that laugh, it all just made him want to be closer to her. He had to have a kiss, nothing quick and simple, he wanted a nice soft, passionate kiss.
Liz grinned, looking at him above the rim of her cocoa cup. She nodded in the other direction. "I think you're main concern is over there..."Alex let his lips touch hers, which was an electrifying feeling. He cupped her cheek in his hand as he kissed her with such a passion, it was as if they were the only two people in the room.
Angelica looked at the scratches in the table.
((I thought she was still there LOLXD))Liz gave a giggle as she shook her head, going back to her work.
Alex was starting to get more turned on than he'd ever been with anyone, and it was because of how he felt, not just because of how she looked. The sudden interruption removed all of those raging hormones in him. Seeing her brother startled him, making him almost afraid. "Uh...can I-Can I help you?"
Kadydid wrote: "'Um, yeah, I really don't appericiate watching you eat my little sister's face off, but yeah, I'm Shane. You seem like an okay guy, but I'm putting you on probation for now.' He grinned goofily. ..."
Liz watched the three of them for a moment, disgusted by Alex. She shook her head and went back to her work.
Alex look at him, he was starting to get on his nerves with all of his assumptions. Ardeyn was old enough to make her own decisions. He didn't want to be disrespectful to her brother because he truly cared about her, but he definitely wanted him to know where he came from. "Look, I don't mean any harm to Ardeyn...I really like her...and regardless of her being your sister, I think she can make her own choices.
((Yeah, we thought Angel was still here. LOL))Liz looked up at Shane, "What happened?" she asked. Not convinced that Alex had gotten the hint. She crossed her arms and looked over at Alex, venom in her eyes.
Alex watched Shane leave and looked back at Ardeyn. "Ardeyn...I don't know what your brother is talking about. I mean, I've done things in the past...but...I'd never do those things to you. I'm really starting to care about you. I wouldn't hurt you and don't want to see you hurt." he looked into her eyes the entire time he spoke, truth deep down showed in them. He looked over at her brother and sighed, looking back at her. "But if me dating you is going to cause problems with your brother...maybe...I should hold back.."
((heheh sorry! She actually walked out again. LOL What a child))
Liz shook her head, glancing back at the two of them. Although she and Alex were once friends, she truly hated him for what he did to her, "Shane... I really don't believe anything that he says...it's part of his playboy nature to lie and make you believe what you want to hear." she looked at the two of them again and shrugged, sipping her hot chocolate.Alex grinned, he kissed her cheek. "I don't want to give you any reason not to trust me." He held her hand in his, rubbing it softly, "No matter what anyone has to say about that."
She looked away from him, "Fine. I warned you." She told him dryly. She went back to looking over her notes.Alex grinned at her, "So how about that movie?"
"Shane calm down... I was simply stating what I thought." she looked up at him, shaking her head she started to gather her books. "You know, I don't think this is going to work..."Alex kissed her cheek, "I'll pick you up tonight." he smiled and gave her a wink before he turned to leave. Spotting Liz looking frustrated. He grinned and walked out of the cafe.
Liz held her books and laptop in her arms. She glared at Shane and looked at Ardeyn, "I'd be careful if I were you. He's your friend now...but give him time. He'll betray you and your trust to boost his reputation." she looked at Shane again. "Goodbye Shane." she walked away, headed back to her dorm room.
She stopped in front of the cafe looking at him. "Shane, why are you following me?"
She shook her head, "Shane... I told you I just got out of something really...awkward, with Josh...and I can't let it happen again, because I tend to fall too easily and I don't want that to happen here and I end up getting hurt again..." she had started going on and on. She looked away and took a deep breath.
She watched him go, tears welling up in her eyes. She let out a shaky breath. She cursed herself for being so stupid and always pushing people away. She realized that she needed to let go of the past but had no idea how to start. Alex came up, headed back into the cafe. He had seen what happened and decided to try making amends with her. "Liz..."
She turned around seeing him made her roll her eyes, "Get away from me Alex..." she started to walk away.
"No Liz..." he gently grabbed her shoulder. "I need us to be okay again...I'm so sorry about what I did, I didn't mean it. That was just my stupid need to feel like the macho guy."
She shook her head, snatching away from his grip. "I trusted you, I defended you when girls wouldn't give you a chance because of your reputation..." The tears that welled in her eyes started to fall.
Alex sighed, he had come back to see if Ardeyn wanted to see a certain movie, but he needed to fix this. "I'm sorry... you're like my sister, and I hate myself for what I did." he gently pulled her into him, "I'm sorry... I don't want to lose you as a friend." He looked into her eyes.
She searched his eyes for answers and could tell that he meant it. She gave a faint smile and wrapped her arms around his neck for a hug. "Thank you..." she whispered.
He held her close to him, as they swayed side to side slightly.

lets run with this whole Alex and Liz thing. maybe Ardeyn gets the wrong idea?
((right that workds! XD))Alex removed himself from Liz's grasp and looked at Ardeyn, he smiled at her, "Hey you...I was just coming back to let you know about our movie choices..." he grinned.
Liz smiled, mainly because she was glad that she and Alex were friends again .
((I know! I thought that was the plan. I'm sorry I hadn't posted, I didn't know it was my turn! XD))Alex ended up sitting with Liz at the cafe a while later. She agreed to help him study to keep his scholarship. Alex figured with her help and Ardeyn's then he'd definitely stand a chance. He bought Liz a hot chocolate and sat with her reading from the same book.
Lani walked in fanning herself with her hand. "God who knew it could get this hot still even though its almost October." She muttering closing the door to the heat.
Josh was at the counter. He recently got a job here and was happy since now he could pay off his tuition.
Lani looked over at the counter, not seeing Nick, but seeing another familiar face. She smiled at him like fool, she couldn't help herself."Hey Josh. You work here now?" She heard herself asking.
He looks up, remembering Lani."Hey Lani. Yea, I got a job here recently." He smiles as he leans on the counter from behind with a cloth.
"So what can I get you today?"
Lani put her index finger on her chin and thought on that for a moment. "Could I get a iced Mocha, please?" She said smiling still.
He nods as he grabs one of the cup and fills it up with her order. He slid it to her."For you, It's free." He winks.
Lani blushed taking the drink, thanking him. "So hows the pay? Any good?" She asked taking a sip of her drink.
((g2g and take a nap. I'm about 5 seconds away from falling asleep on my lap top lol))

"Sorta.... 8 bucks an hour, 6 hours a day, everyday of the week."
After putting all her stuff away in her room, Bridget goes to the student cafe for a latte. She goes up to the counter and orders."Hi, can I get a mocha latte? Do you make these here?"
He jumped slightly from the sudden hug. He turned around grinning at Ardeyn, "Hey you, we were just talking about seeing a movie tomorrow night or something." he grinned.Liz looked at her and smiled in that friendly way. She noticed shane and narrowed her eyes, slightly concerned.
Alex watched her leave in a hurry, he turned to Liz. "What the heck, what did I do?" he asked her. He was seriously confused. Everything was going great for the two of them and all of a sudden she was being so standoffish.Liz shrugged, "I didn't see you do anything wrong, maybe she was just really in a hurry." she sighed looking over at Shane. She stood up. "Alex, I'll catch you later, I have to do something." she patted his shoulder and walked over to Shane, "Shane, I think we should talk..."
