It's one of those "can't put it down" novels. The second half is when it really picks up steam and you just have to read it to the end.

LOL, you sound exactly like I did when I decided to get back to this series!! =) They all suffer through this, though, which is one thing I loved. It actually meant something that "it" happened, so it wasn't just brushed aside. But by the time I finished it, it was like they were all one big family, and I know you'll feel the same. ;-)

I'll let you know how it is, I loved the first one but it was too short and this one's just a little longer. The author is a great writer, though.

"Hey, you figured out the book pix!! ;-) Amy's one of the most gifted story-tellers I've come across, she's got a never-ending imagination and allows herself to go past some of the barriers that other YA authors don't. And she's just an absolute doll to boot, so I love her to bits!! =) So glad you loved the series so far, and I loved your review; and Brennus and the fellas are my guiltiest of guilty pleasures. LOL
just finished this and OMG I haven't laughed nonstop with one book in like forever! This book is hands down THE FUNNIEST BOOK. I honestly have to say I had moments where I had tears streaming down my face and thought I was actually going to pee my pants, that's how hilarious this book is. I'm so happy I decided to just say screw the monthly reads and just read whatever I was in the mood for cause DAMN this was awesome. And now I'm going to jump straight into book 2

Oh my gosh Laura Immortals After Dark is my favorite PNR series hands down! Kresley Cole is FABULOUS! I'm so happy I found another IAD lover YAY!! And I loved The Fever series too!
