This book has another book's description on it by mistake, which isn't the fault of Goodreads; the publisher had it wrong on their website, too. I work for the publisher and have put the correct description up on their site. The correction should show up on this page by tomorrow: http://us.macmillan.com/howtogrowanovel

I removed the incorrect description, and put the description on from the author's website :)

Yes. A lot of books have varying descriptions.
