she nodded and did as she was told

"Do you feel warmer now?"

she nodded

"Good. I was afraid I would have to use the other method of curing hypothermia."

"what other method" She asked confused

"It's uh where I get under the covers with you and uh get as close as possible."

[Fiamata]

"prof. McGreggor did that once for a test" she murmured quietly "but it was.........weird....." she trailed off getting lost in her thoughts

Charles thought about telling her what he was really doing. He decided not to. He thought it best to keep it secret....For now.

she shook her head slightly and finished her soup

[Zachman]

"We best be getting to bed" he said setting his stuff up.

she nodded

Charles laid down and fell asleep instantly.

she fell asleep after him, glowing, this time her glow was brighter, and flickered

Charles woke up early again adn got them breakfast.

she woke up sitting up

"Morning."

"morning" she said

"Here's your breakfast" he said handing her the food.

she took it and ate it

Charles ate his. Once finished he got ready for school.

she watched him then laid back in bed

[Zachman]

"You should probably be getting ready."

[Fiamata]

"i don't want to"

[Zachman]

"Why not?"

[Fiamata]

"I hurt" she said

[Zachman]

"Why?"

[Fiamata]

"the rechtor cannon" she said

"I still don't understand."

[Fiamata]

"it hurts after I use it" she said

"Alright....You can stay. Just don't leave the room."

[Fiamata]

she nodded

Charles grabbed his stuff and left.

she slept for most of the morning then woke up and started testing out the treadmill again

Charles' sister heard noises coming from his room. She knew it wasn't possible because he was at school. She decided to go knock on his door.

Jinx heard someone knock on the door and quickly turned off the treadmill and jumped out the window

His sister opened the door, only to find no one there. She left the door open and went back to her room.

Jinx landed on the ground on her feet, it hurt, sending a tremor through her body, but other than that she was fine. she walked away down the street, wondering where she should go

Charles sat through class. He only had a little while left, then he could leave.

[Fiamata]

A man in rags grabbed Jinx's shirt. "please miss, spare some change" he said
she looked at him curiously. "You can't give change, you can only make it happen"

Charles was finally able to leave. He didn't like the idea of leaving Jinx home alone. He walked quickly to get back.

the guy looked at her then gave up with a scoff and let go of her shirt.
Jinx walked away. she wandered around the city, not sure where she was or where she was going

[Zachman]

Charles got home. But when he got home, Jinx wasn't there! He quickly ran out of the house to go look for her.

Jinx saw some girls standing on the corner, she studied them then asked
"what are you waiting for?"
one of the women turned to her with a smile
"a customer" she said "are you looking for some comfort sweetie?"
Jinx thought about it "I'm pretty comfortable walking around actually. Want to join me?"
she scoffed. "If you're not buying get lost kid, its not good to hang around, someone might end up mistaking you for one of us"
Jinx didn't quite understand but shrugged and continued moving

Charles didn't find her at the lake, clothing store, or school. Where else would she go? He went looking around the city for her.

Jinx continued walking. when she got bored she sat down on a bench and watched the people walk by

[Zachman]

Charles finally ound her sitting on a bench. He ran over to her and said "what are you doing?!"

she looked at him "people watching" she siad

[Zachman]

"I mean what are you doing out of the house? I told you to stay put. How did you even get out?"

[Fiamata]

"the window" she said innocently

[Zachman]

"Why did you leave though?!"
