I'm visiting the Indian River School District High School in Delaware on Friday, May 17th, to visit a Physician's Assistant class who read my fact-based eco-thriller NOCTURNE, OPUS 1: SEA FOAM as part of their course. One of the lead characters in the story is a Native American Physician's Assistant. I've reduced the price of the Kindle version to $2.99 until May 23, 2013, for all interested readers. It is a cross-curriculum book that can be used in a variety of classes and group reads.

Ginger Myrick (gingermyrick) | 20 comments Work of Art Love & Murder in 19th Century New York by Ginger Myrick I have a NEW RELEASE!! Work of Art is romantic historical suspense.

Every girl dreams of a handsome Prince Charming to whisk her away to a fairytale ending. For Del Ryan it seemed unlikely, but that’s exactly what happened.

In 1874, New York booms with prosperity and conspicuous consumption with a clear social divide between classes. Del Ryan, an intelligent and talented Irish immigrant, works as a lady’s maid for a society matron. Although plain and unassuming, she is an accomplished artist with the gift of clairvoyance. She meets Killian Arthur, a golden Greek god from a privileged New York family. Fascinated by her, Killian transforms Del into a fine lady, the toast of her new class of friends.

But things are not always what they seem. Rough Irish Jimmy Sheehan has always thought of Del as his own and warns her that there is something not quite right about her suitor. Is he simply jealous, or does he want the best for the woman he loves?

Then the fairytale takes a violent turn when girls from Del’s neighborhood start turning up dead. Del witnesses the murders through her disturbing visions and realizes that with each new victim, the killer is getting closer. Will his identity be revealed before he comes for her?

Lex Allen (lexallenbooks) Ampersand H, a design and marketing company ran a contest in which the winning authors/books would receive a heavy dose of free promotion!

With my debut novel, "No Heaven", I was one of the winners and my first week of professional promotion begins today with an interview and an MP3 giveaway.

Not any old MP3 either! In my "not-so-distant-past", I was lead singer of a highly popular, country rock band in Germany... yep, Germany!

For more than a decade, through the 90's - The Honky Tonk Heroes were a top act across the European continent. We recorded two albums with MCP Records in Austria and one of them contained all original music written by... yours truly. ;o)

Following release of the album, the band was honored by the European Country Music Association with the awards for "Best Band" and "Best Album of the Year".

The albums are hard to find these days, but you could win a free download for three songs simply by visiting the Ampersand H site and signing up for the giveaway.

Good luck! Oh, and while you're there, be sure to read the interview and buy an ebook version of "No Heaven" for only .99 cents! Thanks!

Robin Craig Clark (rudhek) Voyager The Art of Pure Awareness by Robin Craig Clark
BOOK GIVEAWAY ON GOODREADS
Signed Edition by Award Winning Author
Voyager: The Art of Pure Awareness

http://www.goodreads.com/giveaway/sho...

An essential and inspirational work that conveys the inexpressible truth of existence — “We are pure awareness at centre, human in appearance.”

Abiding in the very heart of humanity is the key to true peace and happiness. Each of the twenty-five chapters presents a voyage toward our inner, universal self, bringing a deeper and wider perspective along the way. Exploring the shores of human-beingness ever more deeply, we realise, “soul is the lighthouse—the light that guides us safely home.” By simply experiencing ourselves without distraction of mind, we see through personal drama to our true nature.

Illustrated in color by Amanda J. Clark, an international artist and illustrator deeply influenced by myths, fairy tales and folklore, her use of colors enchants the viewer with their celestial beauty.

Pure awareness is an art that requires practice to quiet the surface of mind and still the moving waters of our emotional seas. Awakening is recognising all appearances are illuminated from the light that shines in our heart.

We stand at the bow of our ship. The sky is clear, the sea is calm...Now voyager sail thou forth to seek and find. — Walt Whitman
